- Standard, non-personalized catalog pieces have a 30-calendar-day return window beginning when the piece is delivered to you, in original, unworn, unaltered condition.
- Custom designs are approved before production. If a piece differs materially from the approved specifications or has a covered workmanship defect, we will make it right or refund after return and inspection.
- Complimentary insured FedEx delivery is available to the United States and Canada. Canadian import charges remain the buyer’s responsibility.
- Our limited lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers verified manufacturing defects for the original purchaser.
