Shipping Policy
Effective September 17, 2026
Each Celestra order is handled with care from final review through insured delivery.
Production timing
Catalog availability is reviewed from our source on a recurring basis and shown for the selected configuration. An in-stock selection is estimated at 6 calendar days after final specifications and payment; a made-to-order selection is estimated at 33 calendar days. Each estimate includes five calendar days for Celestra quality review and insured FedEx handoff. Custom pieces generally take about two weeks from final design approval and the start of production. Availability can change before production is confirmed, and exceptional stone sourcing, design complexity, revisions, delivery destination, carrier conditions, or other circumstances outside our control can extend an estimate. We will confirm the estimated delivery date for your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Complimentary insured FedEx shipping is included for both destinations.
Canada shipments
Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country or carrier, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing before purchase.
Shipping and delivery
All orders are shipped by FedEx at no shipping charge to U.S. and Canadian delivery addresses. The delivery estimate for your selection is shown before checkout. We provide tracking when your order ships. We may require an adult signature for high-value deliveries and may not ship to certain addresses or destinations.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, secure delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs to change. We may require additional verification before altering an address for a high-value order.
Risk and delays
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, security checks, and similar events can affect timing. Risk of loss and title pass as required by applicable law and the delivery terms presented at checkout.
