What quality lab diamonds do you use?
Our signature starting point is F+ color and VS+ clarity, with E+ and VVS+ upgrades available on eligible designs. If you have a specific quality, size, shape, or price point in mind, our concierge can source options for your project.
Are your diamonds certified?
Before production, we confirm the IGI documentation and laser-inscribed identification for the selected lab diamond. Individually graded diamonds have a report number that connects the stone to its documentation. Learn more on our IGI certification page.
What is One of One bespoke jewelry?
One of One is our fully bespoke service: an original piece designed around your inspiration, preferences, and budget. You receive a complimentary estimate, then a detailed rendering and reasonable revisions when you choose to continue. Unique does not have to mean unattainable—we are built around exceptional quality and sensible pricing.
Can you make something from a photo?
Yes. Send us the photo that inspired you. We use it as a reference point, then create an original custom design and rendering for your approval.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. Tell us what you are considering and we will provide a clear estimate with no commitment required.
How does the design credit work?
Your estimate is complimentary. If you decide to commission a detailed 3D rendering, a $100 design credit is collected before rendering work begins. It is non-refundable and is applied in full toward the final price of your custom piece.
Can I make changes before production?
Absolutely. We refine the rendering with you. Production begins only after the final rendering is approved.
What if my custom piece arrives materially different from the approved design or defective?
We deliver custom and personalized pieces as described in their final approved rendering or agreed written specifications. If a returned piece is materially different or has a covered material workmanship defect, we will make it right through repair or remake, or issue a 100% refund after return and inspection.
Can I return a ready-to-shop piece?
Yes. Love it or return it: standard, non-customized ready-to-shop catalog pieces may be returned for a refund within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery to you, when returned in original, unworn, unaltered condition with all original packaging, documentation, and included materials. Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, and special-order pieces are final sale after production begins.
How long does a custom piece take?
Custom pieces generally take about two weeks from final design approval and the start of production. Exceptional stone sourcing, complex designs, and selected specifications can require additional time; we will confirm your estimated timeline before production.
What metals can I choose?
Yellow gold, rose gold, white gold, and platinum. We will help you select the right metal for your design, lifestyle, and budget.
Can I buy without creating a custom piece?
Yes. Our ready-to-shop Celestra edit includes elevated essentials that can also be personalized upon request.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We offer complimentary insured FedEx shipping to Canada. Any Canadian import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges assessed by the destination country or carrier are the buyer’s responsibility.
What currency will I be charged in?
All Celestra prices and checkout totals are in U.S. dollars. Canadian customers may see a conversion from their bank or payment provider; that provider determines its own exchange rate and any related fees.
