Custom should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Our process keeps the important decisions personal and the next step simple.
01. Start with an idea—or ask us for one.
Tell us what you're considering, share your inspiration, and let us know your preferred metal, stone style, timeline, and budget. We'll give you an easy, no-obligation estimate.
02. See the design before it is made.
When you decide to continue, we prepare a detailed 3D rendering and reasonable revisions so the design feels right before production. The rendering design credit is applied to your finished piece.
03. Approve the final design.
We do not begin producing a custom piece until you approve its rendering. This is the heart of our Approval-First Promise.
04. We craft and deliver it.
Custom pieces generally take about two weeks from final design approval and the start of production. Exceptional stone sourcing, complex designs, and selected specifications can extend the confirmed estimate; we'll keep you updated if it changes.
