Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Celestra Jewels and any estimate, order, or custom-design request you make with us.
Who we are
Celestra Jewels is operated by John Stephenson LLC ("Celestra," "we," "us," or "our"). Our mailing address is PO Box 745, Palm Beach, FL 33480. These Terms form an agreement between you and John Stephenson LLC.
Estimates and custom design
Estimates are informational and free of charge unless we state otherwise. If you decide to move forward with a custom design, a $100 USD non-refundable design deposit is required before we create a detailed 3D rendering and begin reasonable rendering revisions. The full $100 USD deposit is credited toward the final price of the applicable custom piece. A custom design does not enter production until its rendering, price, and applicable order details are approved. Materials, stone availability, and changes requested after approval can change the price or timeline.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted only when we confirm it. PayPal securely processes checkout payments. We do not store full payment-card information. We may cancel or decline an order for pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, inventory, or other legitimate operational reasons; if we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.
Currency
All site prices and checkout totals are in U.S. dollars. A Canadian customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider may convert the charge and may assess a conversion fee; those institutions determine the applicable rate and fee.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated from the delivery address and presented before payment authorization when required by applicable law. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and other government charges that apply to a Canadian shipment are the customer's responsibility unless we confirm otherwise in writing before purchase.
Product information and availability
A selected Celestra configuration is either in stock for our final inspection or made to order, as shown on its product page and again before payment. Availability can change before an order is confirmed. Weights, dimensions, carat totals, colors, and images are approximate unless expressly identified as exact. Handcrafted pieces may have minor, non-material variations. Lab-grown diamonds and other stones are described based on information supplied by the applicable source and the grading documentation confirmed for the selected stone before production. Exceptional stone sourcing may require additional time because availability can be more limited.
Intellectual property
The Celestra Jewels name, site content, designs, photography, and other materials are owned by or licensed to John Stephenson LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its content are provided as available. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the fullest extent allowed by law, John Stephenson LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or a purchase.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law that applies to John Stephenson LLC's business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any required consumer protections continue to apply.
