Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

Celestra stands behind the craftsmanship of each piece we make for its original owner.
What this covers
Our limited lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If we determine that a covered defect exists, we may repair the item, replace the affected component, remake the item, or offer another appropriate remedy.
What this does not cover
The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss or theft, wear to prongs or finishes, damage caused by impact, improper use, damage caused by alterations, resizing, repairs, cleaning, or other third-party service, or damage to stones supplied by a customer. Using another jeweler does not by itself void coverage for an unrelated manufacturing defect. Jewelry should be inspected and maintained periodically, particularly prong-set pieces.
How to make a claim
Contact us promptly with your order information, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Do not arrange third-party repair before we review the item, unless required to prevent further damage and approved in writing.
Your legal rights
This warranty provides specific contractual benefits. It does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
